This is the durable A45 cutter that comes mounted on a caster equipped, rugged steel frame to provide you with the additional advantage of mobility. Two of the casters are equipped with locking brakes to provide stability and prevent rolling while in use. Bulman Wall Racks are convenient space savers and provide you with the maximum flexibility and convenience in roll loading, dispensing, and cutting. They are easy to assemble and mount and are constructed with heavy-duty materials for a long, useful life, Both the three and four high units occupy just 12 of horizontal space. The racks use regular spring-loaded blades with locking devices for easy roll changing.

The functional Dual Wall Mount Rack and Packing Holder offers efficient, workable dispensing for thick packing materials. Strongly constructed, it can be quickly and easily attached to any wall surface. Rolls are mounted on separated steel swivel arms which allow each roll to be dispensed individually. The unit works well with perforated or unperforated roll stock.
